Refund & Cancellation Policy
Introduction
At Hriday Physiotherapy & Fitness Centre, we aim to provide quality services to our clients. However, we understand that plans may change, so we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellations
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at the full rate.
- Cancellations can be made online, via phone, or in person.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be provided for services paid in advance if cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as a serious medical condition, with proof provided.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Missed Appointments
- If you miss an appointment without prior notice, the session fee will be charged, and no refund will be given.
Package Sessions
- Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first 14 days of purchase.
- Sessions that have expired due to inactivity are non-refundable.
Modifications to Services
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
