PULMONARY REHABILITATION -

Pulmonary rehabilitation, also known as pulmonary rehab or PR, or respiratory rehabilitation. Pulmonary rehabilitation is a program of education and exercise to increase awareness about your lungs and its diseases. It will not cure your lung disease, but you may notice fewer breathing problems, more strength and an improved quality of life. You’ll become stronger by increasing your level of fitness. Exercising your lungs and muscles helps you to be more active so you can enjoy more. It may even decrease the need for hospital visits. It is helpful for chronic breathing problems.
