First of all, the assessment of the patient is done by a physiotherapist where they decide treatment according to condition. It may vary from patient to patient according to the need. The common procedure includes – Manual Exercises – Stretching – Soft Tissue Mobilization – Therapeutic Massage – Electrotherapy – Heat Therapy – Taping.
To find the right physio it totally depends on the condition of patient, which means if you have joint pain you can go with ortho physiotherapist and if you paralysis then you can go with neuro physio. For Delay development child u can go with pediatric physio. In all it is advisable to go with experienced physiotherapist for better treatment.
Yes, if your physiotherapist suggests you to do exercises on your own again at your home for fast recovery then start doing the same. It gives quick relief in pain. Sometimes patient can also consult for online exercise programs.
No, it is not mandatory. Doctor’s prescription is good but Physiotherapist also does proper assessment of the patient, diagnose condition and start the treatment accordingly. Our practice is to give the safest and best patient care.
In old age or operated patients we have to take home visits. For better treatment with better equipments clinic is better option because it can only be available at the clinic. it gives better results. You get proper guidance at clinic. But for home visits we can start with manual therapy or portable instruments.
Prior Booking is always preferred. In advance booking the patient will be given the particular time and so you can start the treatment immediately. But in direct visit you need to wait according to patients. . So, we suggest you to make the advance booking so you won’t have to sit for hours. But still if you want to meet us soon then call us first.
It depends on the patient condition and convenience. Patient’s with stroke, balance issues then do home visits instead of going to clinic.
Usually session is for 30 – 60 minutes. Duration may increase if patient has multiple issues. For longer duration sessions, charges will be little higher.
It totally depends on patients condition. So it may vary from patient to patients still approximately you have to come for minimum 15 – 30 days on daily basis.
It totally depends on individuals treatment. Still we charge very affordable rates in our clinic. But yes ofcourse for home visits our charges are little high. You can contact for more details.
We accept cash or online payments like Gpay, Paytm, Phonepe or Bank Transfer.
Yes, We provide bills according to sessions and patients choice. Yes but total bill is genuine with our total sessions only. No Extra add on.
Bring your previous medical or surgical history. If you have them and if they are relevant bring scan/MRI reports, and list of medication.
We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing. If you are coming directly from work then you can bring you clothes and you can change at our centre as well.

Yes. These can be arranged for patients who are disabled or are too ill to attend the practice.
Always Heat Therapy is good for pain management whereas ice is always good to reduce swelling, spasm.
We suggest starting physiotherapy as soon as possible after surgery to ensure a rapid recovery and minimize poor movement patterns you may develop after surgery. Treatment may include education, range of motion exercises, pain management strategies, and gait training. However, it may depend on your surgeon’s recommendations.
We suggest taking your medication as prescribed by your doctor. But feel free to ask your therapist.
